We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager (single family) to join our growing construction team who is well organized, detail oriented and a team player. As a member of our Projects Management Team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager (single family) to join our growing construction team who is well organized, detail oriented and a team player. As a member of our Projects Management Team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Ideally 5 years minimum full time verifiable new home construction experience.
- Effective communication, management and leadership skills in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with existing and new clients, consultants, subcontractors and fellow team members. Solid team player with positive attitude.
- Knowledge and strong abilities in project execution activities such as planning, project controls, scheduling and job costing.
- Ability to adapt to change and think on your feet.
- Familiarity with city approvals, building codes and inspection requirements.
- Computer experience including MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Project/Word) is an asset.
- Experience in estimating and estimating software is an asset.
- Must have a valid Class 5 drivers Licence and a vehicle. A clean drivers abstract is required.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary including Employee Group Benefits, Medical and Dental.
