Dream It

B.Gallant Homes starts at the basic need - your dreams. We have seen the best end results when customers see us first - the 'I want to build a new home' or what we refer to as the 'dream it' stage.            

In the Dream It stage, we meet with you to discuss expectations for your new home. It's where we interview you to understand the:
  • what does it look like when you're living in it
  • by when & how much
  • what area of town
Within the Dream It stage, you can expect the Gallant Homes team to:      
  • meet with you to discuss your dreams and expectations for your new home including possibilities, size, style & preferred location.
  • liaise with your realtor to ensure you're purchasing the right lot that fits within your expectations for the home we're going to build for you.
  • coordinate and work with architects, geotechnical/structural engineers, interior designers and other
    professionals that may need to provide input into the build plan. 

Now we are ready to Build It.
