We've been building custom homes in our neighborhood since 1996.
We divide the process into three stages:
Dream It
B.Gallant Homes starts at the basic need - your dreams. We have seen the best end results when customers see us first - the 'I want to build a new home' or what we refer to as the 'dream it' stage.
In the Dream It stage, we meet with you to discuss expectations for your new home. It's where we interview you to understand the:

- what should it look like when you're living in it
- by when & how much
- what area of town
- meet with you to discuss your dreams and expectations for your new home including possibilities, size, style & preferred location.
- liaise with your realtor to ensure you're purchasing the right lot that fits within your expectations for the home we're going to build for you.
- coordinate and work with architects, geotechnical/structural engineers, interior designers and other
professionals that may need to provide input into the build plan.
Now we are ready to Build It.
Build It

We provide you with an extensive 'products list' for you to select finishing details like siding, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, flooring, colours and more. Within this 'products list' we also share with you the Gallant Homes tried and true suppliers and their pricing. They will also aid in advising you of the right options, products and finishes that work within your budget and plan.
At B Gallant Homes we treat your project like we are building a home for one of our own. Our experienced construction team ensures your home's foundation and framing are built square, level, and solid.
During the Build It stage you can expect the Gallant Homes team to:
It`s now time to Live it

- apply for building permits and manage the permitting process right through to inspection.
- always be on your site to ensure quality is delivered from the sub-trades.
- have regular, scheduled contact with you throughout the build so there are no surprises.
- meet with local building inspectors for approvals at critical stages throughout the build.
- complete a final walk through before we pass you the keys to your new home.
It`s now time to Live it
Live It
This is the best stage of the project - you start living in your new home.
Once you've signed-off on the project to your complete satisfaction, we provide you with a package, detailing components and
systems that make up your new home.
What's in your package?
Maintenance information, key contacts, and warranties on the various components we've installed in your new home. Our maintenance package is complete and is available in an online database through the Home Warranty Resource. In conjunction with Gallant Homes, they help you manage the documentation to ensure you're on schedule with routine house maintenance - all of which contributes to the longevity of your new home.
Once you've signed-off on the project to your complete satisfaction, we provide you with a package, detailing components and
systems that make up your new home.
