Byron Gallant is an award winning home renovator & builder. With over 40 years in the construction industry his technical knowledge and integrity has built B Gallant Homes into a trusted industry leader. Vancouver Island born and raised, he takes pride in being active in the community both personally and professionally. He keeps strong relationships with his team, local trades, suppliers and of course our clients.
Awarded the CHBAVI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023, in recognition of his outstanding contribution & commitment to the Association and the home building industry. He is a Past President and Director of the Vancouver Island Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBAVI), recipient of seven VIBE Awards including Renovator of the Year 2018, and the 2020 Nanaimo Business Award for Builders & Trades. |

JOHN PEACE

John is a BC Master Electrician, a Certified EVSE Installer for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure & Stations, and brings over 8 years’ experience as a Division Manager with a Nanaimo Electrical & Mechanical Contractor.
Now proud Canadian citizens, John and his family emigrated from the UK in 2015, where he owned his own Electrical Contracting business. John now brings to us his 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry, strengthening and expanding our knowledge base. You may even recognize him from your past B Gallant Homes renovation or new construction project, as we have trusted his technical expertise for many of our prior projects. Gail brings a wealth of construction experience with her. She began her career in construction back in 2008 after making the switch from Real Estate. After running her own Contracting company, Gail eventually found her way to beautiful Vancouver Island in 2019.
With her insightful perspective, Gail notes how the Construction industry has transformed over the past 16 years, observing a positive shift in gender diversity and teamwork that has enhanced the field. Gail's story encapsulates both the evolution and empowerment in the workplace.
Her experience and forward-thinking approach make her an invaluable asset in today's dynamic construction sector.
