Major Addition

The first time we had B.Gallant Homes do work for us was four years ago. We had them back again last year and they still had the same team of guys. To hold on to your team for that long, especially in a time of booming construction in BC speaks volumes about the kind of employer they are. It was clear that they treat both their team and their customers the same way,  professionally and with care & value. There are many reasons I like to use B.Gallant Homes, but some of the most important reasons are also some the most basic, like they:

    Respond or show up when they say they will.          
    Clean up everything after they're done.
    Their entire team is always friendly on the job site.

If something isn't right, they will put it right - we had some problems with our new gas fire and Steve persisted with the supplier and various options to get it right.

I like the way they quoted for our bathroom renovations - we could see clearly what was allowed for each fitting and could choose a more expensive piece or choose to save money on something. It gave us a feeling of control. Also, when we went to choose fittings, most of the vendors spoke very highly of them.
Steve is very good at suggesting options and asking other contractors for their opinions.

I never minded having them on the property, in fact my son missed them when they finished up and left. I don't think we would ever consider another team for any building or renovation work while we're living here in this area.
