Local Make-A-Wish Foundation Project

Over the past few months Steve and the crew have had the pleasure of being a part of an amazing project for an extraordinary little boy.  We teamed up with the BC & Yukon Make a Wish Foundation, local suppliers such as Insulspan, Slegg, Starline Windows, Weather-Wise Cedar Products and Mayco Mix to build every kid's dream playhouse for this special little guy going through some unfortunate health issues.  Constructed of  SIPs ( Structurally Insulated Panels) the playhouse is energy efficient,  will hold a comfortable temperature and was a learning experience for the Carpentry Program students at VIU who helped on the installation.  We are very grateful to everyone involved in this project, including the B. Gallant Homes crew that donated their time and the family for letting of be a part of this and hopefully creating some smile :)
